Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy advice regarding tax filing laws in GA Tax "expert" reviewing my filing argued with me despite the disclaimer on the screen siting the rule that GA requires the same filing status as Federal. The agent disagreed and said "How would they know, it is 2 separate entities, you can file itemized for GA and standard for Federal." This level of advice cost me the additional taxes owed for 2020 and fees. This would have happened 2 years in a row if I had not argued this point. This level of advice is also not covered under their 100% guarantee commitment. Only tax calculations are covered, crappy advice continues to live on.
