Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is EXCEPTIONAL! Simple, Safe and Secure! I used TurboTax for the first time after YEARS of paying a CPA to prepare my taxes and regret not using TurboTax sooner! Skeptical at first, but quickly set at ease by the methods used to verify my identity, the expert advice offered throughout process, and available at my finger tips, the new tax information. Clear instructions - so simple to use - filing completed in less than an hour. I'll see you next year, TurboTax!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX SUPER EASY TO USE - I DIDNT LIKE THAT I HAD TO PAY $40 TO HAVE THE FEES TAKEN OUT OF MY RETURN - I WOULD HAVW HAPPILY PUT IT ON MY CHARGE CARD BUT DIDNT HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT CHOICE

My "free" return cost me $169, because they don't tell you upfront what forms the version that's actually free includes and what it doesn't. So if you sold a house, you don't know until you're more than 1/2 way through with all the questions that you'll HAVE To upgrade in order to report the sale legally.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive now I didn't need any live help but I still had to pay for it. This is supposed to be helpful and affordable and it is neither now. I don't want to have to pay more money to file my taxes when I already owe money on my taxes. This site is ridiculous. I will be finding a more affordable option next year.
