Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2021 TurboTax Desktop Version for Mac OSX The product is relatively easy to use, but there continue to be frustrating issues which should have already been sorted. For example, its not possible to change the font (make bigger), this is such a basic issue, yet it continues to be left behind. Also, there are forms that do not populate that turn up in the review which is good, but the obvious question is why?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'd would not file any other way I have used TurboTax for years. It has always been an easy and stress free process, plus I am able to access documents year over year. Starting my own business in 2020, I wanted a Tax Expert to help me along with the process. My tax expert was very responsive and knowledgeable. I knew working with TurboTax would be a pleasant experience, but it was even better than I had guessed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FRUSTRATING The imported dividend information hung up the filing of my return! At the very end, TT asked for Foreign taxes paid and when? I had to find the fricken dividend statement and figure out if foreign taxes were paid before it would e file. It turned out that $0.01 was paid in foreign taxes. Is there a standard format that investment companies must follow in order to be included in your import process? It would have been easier to have just followed the dividend statement and typed it in during the income step by step rather than import it. People want to be finished with this process quickly; therefore, all necessary information needs to be imported completely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is repetitive Horrible. Repeated several screens multiple times. Wouldn't allow me to e-file. 2020 taxes were not uploaded for me to access. I had to mail them. I don't think I will be using Turbo tax next year. Too confusing.
