Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading Filing my taxes started out fine. I did the $0 basic return. When I got to the end and ready to file they charged me the $49 upgrade because they found a credit with my retirement plan, which wasn't even that much. On top of that, in order to e-file I had to pay fees because TurboTax uses third-party banks to file and to submit refund of taxes to my bank institution. I lost $177 to fees that should have been stated before I filed. Their advertising on "free" return is misleading. They essentially trick you into paying more for their services than you expect because they lock you in after they process your tax refund. It is a ripoff and in my eyes, a scam.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! This is an excellent system. The online answers to questions were so helpful. When I ran into difficulty twice the tax personnel were so much help. I almost gave up. But had excellent, knowledgeable help to get me back on track. Definitely will use this system again next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stock Transaction Submission I wish there was a way to submit the sales of itemized stock transactions in spread sheet format as opposed to one by one. Preset column headers with the ability to add a row per transaction. This would make it alot easier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from you guys made a former great product into crap 6th year in a row using your alls platform. It was glitchy and broken at times. For example: got stuck in more than one loop, I had to delete several duplications from importing data from TD ameritrade and Wells Fargo, my saved bank account data that was used the last 5 years was deleted out in the middle of me confirming my direct deposit method... im guessing to try to push me into using credit karma.... >.<
