For those with relatively straight-forward tax situations, this product is wonderful and well-worth the price. With all due respect, I was disappointed by the apparent limitations of the live experts. I had a nuanced, but I think relatively basic question that I could not get answered. There seemed to be just an absence of familiarity with the issue, and whatever guides the expert was referencing were too rudimentary to be helpful. I can look up basic information about taxes myself on the internet, I was hoping to speak to someone about a contained issue. The suggestion I received was to call the IRS . . .
