I was nervous with my two job changes and all of the forms I got in the mail regarding my taxes but Turbo tax was a life saver. The step by step, explanations and images was helpful and made sure I was doing things right. And it was not very expensive to get the extra help when I was lost!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy at all this year!! I've been using Turbotax for over 20 years. This is the first time I've had any difficulty getting my return accepted using last year's AGI. I'm not sure if the problem is at Turbotax's end or the IRS, but it's very, very annoying!
