Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not so great this year. I lost count of how many times it directed me to a page asking me to upgrade to a more expensive package. Also, this year the process was VERY confusing compared to past years. It took so much time trying to figure out what it was asking me for and it seemed like a lot of problems came up and the way to correct them took me directly to the tax form itself with not much explanation of what the problem was or how I could correct it.
