Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't E-file form 7202 Using the Self-employed turbo tax package makes tracking business income and expenses easy. However, claiming to not allow E-filing because of tax form 7202, which is a huge Tax credit benefit especially this year, even though the IRS clearly states they will accept electronic versions of this data and other Tax filing entities like H&R block can handle this makes me second guess some of the other benefits, and frankly, whether or not I will continue to use there services in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good this year Turbo pulled information from a trust account at Schwab into my tax returns. Took me awhile to figure this out. Turbo does not work well with safari; once i change to chrome it worked ok.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a good program--needs improvement. I have used TurboTax for years, and plan to continue. One improvement that would be helpful is for TurboTax to enlarge the print on the "Learn More" pages. It is very small print on a large page with PLENTY of space to fit enlarged print. It is hard to read the very small print currently used by TurboTax for the "learn more" information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax has too many bugs Very frustrating on getting return filed. Issue with 1099-B worksheet that technical support was not able to assist - indicated it would be fixed maybe late March which is unacceptable. I had to figure out a work around by myself that nobody knew. Also got into a loop with the charitable contribution under cares act. Not satisfied at all and will look to change providers next year
