I didnt want to use them because i usually use another tax co. that starts ith a H and ends w a R but they have a pretty good system, live help (during business hours of course) and a backup plan for audit. I will find out in 21 days if everything went as smoothly as they made it feel. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Representative was awsome! Joseph Harper was awsome! I had an issue with filing my taxes electronically and I was lucky enough to get Joseph as my advisor. He spent the time to make me feel comfortable and helped me resolved the issue. I will continue using Turbotax because of Joseph!
