Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use, the best year yet. I have been using Turbo tax for several years and this is the best year yet, anyone can use turbo tax and not feel stupid, it is simple and very easy to navigate your way through from start to finish.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Really not sure how to feel right now I used TurboTax Business 2022 to file form 1065 for 2 LLC partnerships and produce Schedule K-1 for my personal returns. Its not always clear what product is right for the business owner, and usually takes me getting on the phone with a couple people just to get a consistent recommendation on the right product. Once that is figured out, then the rest of the process is usually pretty easy. The exception to that is if there is any kind of problem, then is really takes hours, and multiple people in online chat and on the phone to get things figured out. This year, I actually got the wrong advice more than once, requiring me to back track and start over several times, and spend unnecessary money on products that did not work. I finally finished today after hours of working through problems that were eventually solved by me and someone on the phone making semi-random changes until something worked, and neither of us understanding why.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but could use some minor programming fixes. Experts are very knowledgeable. Some of the error messages are, well, in error. For example, when entering the 1099-R info, it allowed me to enter the payers name and address and then when I continued to the next screen it said "We found something wrong with your info" as soon as I got to the screen, before I even had a chance to enter anything. Also, I've used TurboTax for many years, so some of the questions it asked me this year it should have known already, like was this the first year I started receiving certain payments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and great product Turbo Tax just surprises me every year. It seems each year they get easier and easier to use. I was a little worried as I bought my first home this past year and man, they made that easy to file on my taxes as well. I highly, highly, highly recommend Turbo Tax for your tax returns!!!
