Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me pay for state without explaining I did not want to file state taxes and was not given the option to delete state until AFTER it forced me to make the payment when trying to do federal. I would really like my $60 back. Pretty annoyed an unsatisfied, whole process was confusing and stressful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax last evening I was trying to complete my mothers state tax filing. my fault I forgot to get the gentleman's name I was talking to. had to pay for state e-file. on the screen it gave me a serial # to give the rep for payment. He entered wrong state amount($49). I explained it was the wrong amount and that the amount was $25. He told me that it was always $49 and that was the amount I should pay and he put it thru for the $49. lat this point I asked for him to reverse the transaction and I would call today and speak to another rep. Told he couldn't do that that I would have to ask for a refund and he emailed it to old email address I asked for the confirmation # and he put me on hold and never came back.. I was on hold for over 30 min. I spoke to Demetria today and she walked me through all the screens I need to get to and help with the refund application and the e-fileing for my mother. she was very helpful and we accomplished the filing.
