Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Becomes Less Awesome Every Year There were too many automatic processes done without explanation or user feedback, inputs that needed attention but actually required removing an added form, and a real lack of transparency in the multiple processes within processes. I've been a TurboTax user for over 20 years and I'm really starting to question my loyalty to this product.
