Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent help by phone but a little program bug The phone help I received was excellent. A couple issues arose when I was attempting to e-file. The program was asking for for information for from forms because I had used those forms the previous tax year. However, as I had nothing out of the ordinary, I was taking the standard deduction this year and did not need, nor have, those forms. The program should have been able to figure this out and not ask for the forms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Improvements but Needs Two More Things I've been using TT for almost 10 years. The improvements have been monumental as technology improves. I'd like to see the AirBnb section be even better next time we do taxes. This is a common thing for many and a cause of worry we're doing it accurately. Second thing- if I'm paying to upgrade for a tax expert, I want to hit send and have them review first before sending it to the IRS.
