Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS A GREAT TAX GUIDE IT IS AMAZING THAT A TAX SERVICE CAN BE SO INTUITIVE. NOT MANY FOLKS REALLY ENJOY TAX TIME, BUT TURBO TAX HELPS RELIEVE THE ANGST. THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS I NEED.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long-time User Turbo Tax Premium provided what I needed and was easy to use. There were a few hitches this year. I didn't find the search function to be overly helpful regarding questions specifically related to QTP and education expenses. I found the answer on Google instead. Also, during the final review, the upload feature for one of my 1099-DIVs didn't read the information correctly. It asked me to fix the zip code, but more than the zip code was wrong with the upload and I couldn't fix it there. I had to get out of the final review, find the appropriate entry, delete it and manually enter the information. I would have been more useful to be able to correct all the necessary info at the final review. Overall, it was a good 4-star experience.
