Rated 4 out of 5 by from I Love TurboTax but the "free" eFile is misleading I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and have always printed and mailed my returns. But, I need the refunds sooner so I chose to eFile. It's not free as suggested.

So I feel like I've wasted my money which isn't a great feeling. Other than that her customer service skills were great & she did try her best to help me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes some head scratching, but always works Over a period of 3 days I was able to successfully complete the tax forms and submit the return. I especially like that TurboTax gets data directly from financial institutions that we use. I'm very satisfied with the TurboTax product

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This year worse than others Usually even with investments its quick and painless, but there is some forever loops which makes me have to file state by mail. Schedule B in particular... the software does not like csv, it tends to only like the direct import from said places.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax year 2021 Turbo Tax experience I have used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years. I am much more comfortable with the software downloaded on my personal computer than logging in over the internet. Very concerned about hacking and identity security. The process was easier and more straight forward than I had anticipated. I will definitely use the Turbo Tax service next year.
