Rated 3 out of 5 by from Free to a certain extent It was very helpful until i got to the part when i had to pay because I had a 401K this year. Then I had to pay 40.00 for it. And if i didn't have the money in my account, like because i was fired this year and am barely hanging on to the little money that i do have. I thought that maybe them taking the 40.00 from my income tax would be preferred. That is until i saw that there would be an extra 40.00 processing fee. Not so free.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not real happy Did my taxes on 17 Feb and thought they were submitted. Checked today 28 Feb and found they are still sitting in the system but I did pay on 17 FEb. The system could have at least warned me - you taxes have not been submitted yet. All is OK now as I just did them
