Rated 3 out of 5 by from Upgrade not necessary I did not need an upgrade yet felt I had no choice. I simply had some dividends that need to declare, Nothing that was done on the upgrade was needed other than download forms from my Brokerage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again Software would not let me file because it says the zip code of one of my financial institutions is wrong (which i verified it was correct by mail, google, and phone call) then would not let me e-file. Waited 30 minutes for customer service to call, customer service could not screen share or connect, also couldn't fix problem, I had to back out, change payment method and switch to mailing in my returns which means they will be late now. I had the same issue last year and send a message about, but no resolve. I am never using this service again.
