The only fault I see is that the information is less comprehensive than in the past when an area is confusing and more information is needed or more details needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Going Down hill I used to love turbotax as it was always easy to navigate and had little to no errors. Now the past 4 or so years it seems every year its expensive and more errors and issues. This time it took me an extra 5 days to do my taxes because something as simple as not utilizing my mouse on my touchscreen desktop was not allowing me to input in the software in numerous sections. It also was clicking items I didn't place myself and was not easy as in previous years to find my own fix through community or finding out how to reach support. I really was not thrilled at all this year and I have been doing my own taxes for about 16 years and worked at HR for about 7 years. So doing my own taxes has never been an issue. Turbo has been making it difficult yearly and I'm to the point I rather pay more to get it done then waste so much time trying to get the product to work like it should. Plus I spend about $200 with Turbo now anyways when its all said and done.

She made this whole process enjoyable and very easy and I would highly recommend using Turbo Tax to others that are looking for an expert like Lena. She worked very hard in getting my mess of records in order and saved me so much money!! Thank You, Lena!! :)
