Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank You, Turbo Tax! This was the first year I've asked for live help with a Turbo Tax expert and the expert was great. I've been using Turbo Tax for 6 years. As usual, I was tired and cranky, near the end of my filing and the expert helped me patiently, quickly and also lifted my spirits.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good software, but costs too much The software is good and all, but they already charged for the pleasure of using their software, then wanted to add more for the pleasure to use file the state, after I already typed everything in. Then they DELETE my state info because I didn't want to pay them, then they wanted to charge me more money for the pleasure of allowing them to take the money out of my refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fees are rediculous When it finally came time to file, there was a fee added for MA state filing. I was surprised even though I made it so I was paying from my bank. So aggravating! I get there being fees for service, but the last minute add-ons are difficult to swallow.
