Rated 2 out of 5 by from not as good as it used to be Hi. I have used TT for decades. I do know that the tax code has been getting more and more complicated....but the TT application is much more difficult to use these days and I seem to be constantly running into glitches where the input is missing or does some weird self-correcting [inaccurately] gymnastics that takes hours to correct. Bottom line is that more user testing may be needed before the release, or maybe some code pulled out and completely rewritten/streamlined. Also, using your interview process...more information/definition/background on the questions and how the answers are being used/needed would help...the user interface should be less IRS speak and more layman friendly....otherwise, why would I use TT?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reliable but bloated There are so many excess screens and offers that it gets annoying since this is a paid service. Even the extra offers I can understand but regular “check in” screens and boring animations just prolong what should be a simple and quick process. We’ve used this product for years and each year it seems to be worse in this way, but it is reliable so we keep coming back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Online version is terrible Used TurboTax desktop version in the past. Online version has less features and not as easy to get around. Was unable to import some forms, K-1 for example. Spent over two hours on the phone with your representatives (who knew less about TurboTax than I do) to figure out the online version cannot import K-1 forms.
