Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier to use and more informatative than TaxAct I kept getting emails to entice me back to TaxAct but when I tried it again after not using them for a couple years, I had to enter all my stuff manually and then they had me owing NY money while Turbo Tax did not and when I reviewed it, I couldn't figure out why Tax Act had me owing. There was no difference in information I entered on both softwares.

It would freeze up and my payment wouldn't say I paid even though it went through on my credit card and had many of problems. I ended up having to uninstall it and reinstall it, which took for ever, to finial get it to work. NOT to happy about it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Prices Keep Rising I've been using the TurboTax products for years. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products, but the prices keep climbing. If that continues, then they will be losing a customer. There are numerous other online tax services to choose from. I'm seriously considering a switch.
