I have no problem with finalizing and e-filing through Turbo Tax. There was one item in the review that I questioned,so I contacted a live expert, received an immediate telephone call back, and was reassured that I figured it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Far from perfect... had to file an amended return Bug in the program changed our IRA contributions while I was performed the final review, but this change wasn't reflected in the dashboard showing the Fed Tax due. Had to file an amended return. Unacceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used TurboTax for years recommend it highly ❤ I have never had any issues with using Turbo Tax and I am nowhere to knowledgeable in taxes other than I know I have to file and pretty much what I have to have.The by phone and online help chat is awesome.If by chance one can't help you try again because I do believe that the chat box was blocking some info that would have resolved my issue .I can't fault any of the nice ladies that helped me tonight they all helped me so nice each of them were ..Will continue to recommend them to anyone ..
