Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'll use Turbotax again because of the phone team. I am disappointed in the AI help desk results. I could not ; 1. contact a support team member by selecting a listed item, or 2. after building my return any method to switch to a contact a tax preparer person, and 3. many times words used to search don't match the AI help desk vocabulary. Consequently, requiring me to find my answer among too many potential answers listed. I entered a problem ticket. I received a call from the support team. I returned the call. The team member was mindful of situation and concerns. He was well trained. He understood my issue and recommended a course of action.
