Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels easier each year I hate doing my taxes, but at least the UI seems to get simpler each year. The Live help was very useful and they have nice tools for the agent to assist and point at things on your screen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but expensive We have lived using Turbo Tax. It was an affordable and useful option over using Accountants as our situation got nore complicated. However, this year the expense just matched our accountants fees, so this will probably be our last year. Paying $64 for simple State returns is maddening. Especially when you have several because you get sent “over the border” by your job.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impossible to transmitt returns electronically I got to the end to electronically file my returns and it would not let me!! I had to update so I did and it would not update my state. 20 minutes later after trying different things including being told there was no state update I somehow transmitted my returns. 20 MINUTES!!!!
