Rated 2 out of 5 by from Its Time For An Upgrade I've used Turbo Tax n the past and had a great experience, however this year was different The application was super slow, super glitchy, and kicked me out several times. It took me weeks to do my taxes because I was so frustrated with the system. Also, the cost has increased and it seemed like the system was telling me I needed to pay more money for taxes that were simple and less complicated than past taxes. It also seemed like everytime the system told me "Almost done" there was another section and another "Almost there" waiting for me.
