Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nine Years later I still LOVE Turbo Tax I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare and file my Federal and State Returns for nine years now, and it's, by far, easier than any experience I had prior to that. I am very satisfied and it's worth the very affordable cost!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Struggles with New Service I like filing with Turbo Tax. I tried their new service of just submitting documentation and have one of their accountants do my taxes. IT TOOK A MONTH FOR TURBO TAX TO COMPLETE! I don’t own a business, I don’t have anything out of the ordinary on my taxes. Next time I will save the money instead of waiting in fear that my taxes will be filed late. It takes me all of two days to complete when I do it. Waist of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Easy and Accurate with one minor glitch As with every year, turbo tax was easy and accurate. The one minor issue I had was that it failed to import tax docs from Fidelity. I had to enter it in manually. Other than that, very good live support and review from CPA. It was a great experience overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy! This was the first time doing my own taxes in over 20 years. I had been going to HR Block for the last 10, and it was costing me an arm and a leg. I couldn't see paying any more for something I could do myself (and I wasn't getting any extra benefit). Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making the process so smooth and easy to understand. This will be my go-to for years to come! :-)

Boo It's shocking that a minor who makes money as a Household Employee (i.e., lawn mowing) and no W2 can't file free for Federal and State when adults who make far more are able to do so. This is unfair. There has to be a better way! Disappointed that I was forced to use Deluxe and pay $25 to file state for my 16YO son who mows lawns.
