Rated 2 out of 5 by from could be better! I loved the ease of using turbo tax. It moved through items very clearly and easily. However, I didn't realize until the end that I had chosen the paid option instead of the free. There was no option from that point to change it over other than to erase and start over, an hour of my life WASTED!!! Also, once I did erase and redo the entire return, it told me at the end that I need the deluxe version in order to access the forms I needed, however, it didn't way which forms nor why I couldn't do the free version. Lastly, I clicked the "pay my fees with my return" which I did not realize incurred ANOTHER $39 FEE!! I tried to go back and remove this and once again, it would not allow me to change this selection. So a return that I thought was going to be free ended up costing me $130ish dollars and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!!!
