It was much appreciated because in the customer service business, this is a level all should strive for. Awesome customer service!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from acceptable Help could not answer a simple question about gambling losses to offset winnings. I HATE all the little tricks to have you chose a more expensive product and the promotion of having the filing cost deducted from refund FOR A FEE!
