Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been using for decades, but... Had multiple problems during updates to the program. Had to un-install program, find my code and reinstall from the website. For awhile, I couldn't open up the tax return that I just finished. Very frustrating when you have all that information in your return but can't open it. Same thing happened for 2020 as this 2021. Microsoft error1603. I hope they can fix that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Keniesha, in Alabama, was great and truly helped me this year. My only complaint is that Turbo Tax forced me to purchase "Premier Service" which I was NOT part of my plans since that's $100.00 that I won't be getting as part of my refund!
