Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big time saver Have "free" tax preparation service in community but prefer sitting at my computer and letting Turbotax do the dirty work. No waiting in line, no cumbersome conversation with the preparing volunteer who may be fully or marginally qualified. Have never had an issue with the Turbotax returns for the several years that i utilized them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've used Turbo Tax for years Since we inherited stocks, Turbo Tax asks great questions to prompt me into getting everything into the return. Also, I like the peace of mind having prepaid for legal help if I get audited.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is great for tax prep. dummies. Turbo Tax is simple, thorough and accurate if the correct information is entered. thankfully it detects most mistakes if the filer makes errors/omissions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience on the backend I had an absolutely terrible experience on the backend and I am not sure I will use turbotax going forward. But, the tax preparer who helped me sort out my taxes and get things complete and accurate was fabulous all the way around. There is absolutely zero customer service available to deal with issues that arise outside of the scope of preparing the taxes. One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service of a large company, and I have been with Turbotax for 8 years. I called for help with the refund request and had a snotty representative on the line who basically hung up on me, to boot!
