Guided me through each step and when I got confused I just clicked on live chat and within 2 minutes was connected with an agent that quickly answered my question and I was right back on track where I had left off. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ruby live CPA from TurboTax is Awesome Due to pandemics as everyone working remotely, my company made a mistake to withheld state tax at the wrong state. I wasn't working/living on the state that was withheld the State Tax. Ruby from TurboTax helped me make this easier for me, as I have no clue how to file another complex and complicated state tax. Thank you TurboTax for hiring CPA like Ruby to help us normal hard working citizen to file our taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was not easy to use this year Working on Turbo Tax this year was a huge headache beginning with just trying to install the CD. We had to finagle a way to use it as there was an error with the disk itself. Luckily my spouse is good with computers!
