Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too expensive It gives you an option for free, however when you get to the end, they add fees for filing and a processing fee. I understand that there has to be some profit made, however it could be a less expensive option.

For the most part my taxes are pretty straightforward, but my dabblings in different things push it into areas I have no idea how to get done. TurboTax guided me through the entire process and did an excellent job, as far as I can tell in getting all the deductions I could get. The process was easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very good - pretty easy to use. I like using the program because it easy to use in consecutive years. I really like the import of information from prior years, the carryover feature (i don't have to guess) and the imported charities from it's deductible. I just wish they would stop the last minute update just before you e-file and charge you more money.

Darlene was patient, professional and kind in helping me through this process. She walked me through everything so that i got the best possible outcome for my situation. If I could leave her a tip, I certainly would! She is my hero! Thank you, Darlene for all your help and patience! I hope to secure you for this again next year!!!
