Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is harder then it needs to be! This product took me 9 hours to complete my federal and state taxes. Twice I got into a loop with the help function. At the end during the review there was a employee expense form that was not needed. Earlier when I tried to exclude the form it generated a second form and only let me exclude one. I tried to follow the direction again to removed the form. It did not work. So I was forced to fill it in with zeros to get through. frustration has set in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax 10/10 would recommend! The Turbo Tax website and app are super user friendly, turned the tax refund headache into an easy enjoyable experience. If you have any questions Turbo Tax has the answer right there and ready and Its free great for people like me who don't get a big refund and don't want to fork over a portion of it to a tax preparer. There is also live support FREE if you file by a certain time (and its a reasonable period of time). If you want a little extra protection and assistance you can add MAX for a very reasonable $45 ... way less than anywhere else! Do it yourself, get the max refund and know its done right with TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rather Expensive $40 to efile the state after spending $30 for the federal form! For many years I used H&R Block and could file up to 5 returns for my initial cost of $40 and then $20 to efile the state. Since you don't know the cost until after completing the forms I was stuck as I sure wasn't going to redo them.
