Rated 4 out of 5 by from East to use for simple returns Fairly easy and quick to use if your tax returns ares simple. It's unfortunate that the more "complicated" they become (kids, mortgages, etc), the more expensive the program is.

If there was anything I found bothersome, it would be the constant upselling. However, I'm well versed in saying no so it was a minor distraction. I'll be back next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy and Helpful The tax advisor was very helpful and made the process so much easier on me as well as the process itself being easily digestible and in bite sizes that made it so I didn't feel at all overwhelmed by the process.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less than pleased Where to start? I purchased the Intuit turbotax deluxe at Costco. Thought I had it down loaded and when finally completed the process of filing I was advised that I owed $39 + sales tax. My feeling is that Turbo Tax may not be the "end all be all" that I have heard for the past several years. Maybe the time consuming process is only needed the first year one uses the product?? At any rate for me it was cumbersome, frustrating and awkward.
