Rated 1 out of 5 by from fees are forced onto me so many benefit packages are forced onto me and make it difficult to remove, also wording is very tricky and is set up for people to not understand or answer wrong. support service is not very helpful with tips or helping get a maximum refund. each year turbo tax makes it more difficult to understand and takes more money from you. i wont be using this website again.

I tried some others but abandoned them as they were insufficient and lackluster. TurboTax is a great value and I always buy the MAXX Audit Defense for peace of mind and help with the IRS

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Live Tax Help was worth it The 2022 version of TurboTx ddi weird things this year. The Robinhood import had issues, the review asked me to type in my W-2 values, not realizing that it already had the data, making two W-2’s, and it had a big issue of not calculating my AMT automatically (probably caused by the duplicate W-2 issue). But, the guy who helped me out, Jeremy, was a champ, working hard to resolve all issues and get my taxes filed that day. WOrk the extra cost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Up Selling is ridiculous I love that it makes it simple but do they have to constantly up sell and try to get you to consent to sell your info to 3rd parties. I would pay more to not have to deal with the all the junk.
