This is my second year using Turbo Tax, and I really have appreciated the entire process of how detailed yet easy it was for me to understand. Their software and services have really covered every angle in a non-tax professional way for everyone to understand. Definitely recommend!

This year was extremely difficult, I called 4 times to get answers, used the online chat as well. I could not get any help getting my 1099 G from Colorado or Oregon to put my husband’s unemployment. So, I filed without it and will have to go back whenever they decide to send it to us.
