Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tax tool. Have used turbo tax for years because it enables the taxpayer to enter details unique to the taxpayer. Had bad experience with in person tax preparers years ago who knew nothing about tax code and did not care about individual situations. It was like the drive through window at a fast food restaurant. Employee didn't know and didn't care. I appreciate the Turbo Tax comprehensive approach.

I really liked that it was easier to get things input with less questions. I also was very pleased with the techs that I dealt with, especially Alan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax IS Awesome I have used TurboTax for several years and it really makes doing my part easy. When I had problems, Virginia (TT rep) called me and walked me through until I finished. Later, when I was filing my state returns, Dawn (TT rep) called me and me fix my problems. Both representatives were kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about TurboTax and the policies of my state for taxes. I don't like doing taxes, but TurboTax is awesome!
