Rated 3 out of 5 by from is good well some problems with my ca state return, options should be explained more detailed and I paid 125 for the services, too much, for my experience, when I thought it was going to be only 40, and still I had some issues with my state return, I think turbotax needs to have live help with a tax expert either you pay for services or not.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to start over 3 times The UI is very difficult to use. I couldn't adjust my income sources the way I needed them for this year. It kept asking me for info for sources of income I had last year and were irrelevant in 2020. When it went to review it said there were problems with my income and wanted to enter/check everything. It doubled my income after that. After restarting 3 times I finally got everything entered correctly and TurboTax didn't want to screw me up. Granted I had W-2, 1099-Misc, 1099-G, 1099-Div, 1099-B forms to file but when you charge a premium for a service you should work out the bugs. I guess it got the job done eventually. I'll look into H&R and TaxSlayer next year.
