Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 is Very User Friendly(Review Notes) Everything went well once I was able to copy last year's file to a newer iMac as my iMac had an older IOS and was too old to upgrade. Although I was able to copy the file and load it after installing Turbo Tax 2022. After installing all of the upgrades and after TT 22 found the file it only populated personal information not any of the numbers from the 21 file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets easier every year I do wish you would make it easier to edit a rejected return. Like on the left side show edit then list federal or state. It took me 2 days and trying to interact with help online and phone to finally notice the 3 little dots in the upper right corner of income to fix it. None of your instructions say that. I’m old and it finally came to me but I was extremely frustrated and even my dog hid out in the other room!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax sucks I can appreciate your software trying to make things easier by brining over items from previous years' returns, however, it is extremely difficult to get rid of things that no longer apply. If it isn't addressed or entered, it should be removed and not continue to tell someone to address/review/edit it. It also asked me to input my 1098 twice, then proceeded to tell me it was invalid and showed an unrealistic amount. This does not give me faith in your system. Since I had pretty much done everything and don't have time to start over, I chose to submit my taxes through turbotax. However, next year, I will be using a different service that doesn't have these issues.
