Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax I've used TurboTax for 3 years now and it's always been a simple process. I don't have many changes in my status from year to year but TurboTax always checks. They provide questions and answers that are easy to understand and help me make more informed decisions so that I am not missing out on any opportunities for money back. I would certainly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Audit Defense info TX needs work TurboTax works well but for the last 7 years of using Turbotax the transfer of information to Audit Defense is problematic. The first page asks in what name and address the audit defense should be made, the second page asks about payment information. I work on my elderly father's tax returns and put him as the recipient of the audit defense certificate, then I use my info as the payee. Unfortunately when transmitted to Audit defense my Dad's Address is used and my name for the certificate. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 7 years of using Audit defense, please turbo tax fix this issue!!!
