Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Exceptional I have been using Turbo Tax for nearly 30 years now. I am always pleased with ease of filing with Turbo Tax. All of the current tax laws are updated and the program guides me step by step.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am an avid fan of Turbo Tax I have used turbo tax for about 10 years. This year was especially difficult because of a house sale and other outliers. I used the expert tax advisor service and it was just like going to a private accountant. I will most likely always use this service in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was great I had a little problem with some questions (probably just a little nervous) not an expert on this but managed very well with the help of asking a family member that does Turbo Tax. The best part of Turbo Tax is that it guides me and informs me of mistakes and lets me know when all is A OK. It was a relief as not to take it to someone to do it and charge a ridiculous cost.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed After using turbo tax for many years I was very disappointed in this year's product. I found 3-4 programming errors and felt like all you wanted to do was get the product out the door and worry about it later. Two of the errors were communicated to you through your on-line portal. One of the errors was discovered when I downloaded an update and thankfully I had not transmitted the return. Frankly, i have lost confidence in your product and I am considering purchasing a different product next year or go back to preparing it manually. It is a shame because I always thought your product was the industry standard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use and fast This is the best way I have found to file every year. Love it! I had to use a tax company last year for some difficult documents I had and the cost was horrendous and I didn't get my refund for 3 months.
