Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax quick and easy to use. I contacted Customer Service twice during my filing process with questions. Both times the consultants were very friendly and quickly led me to the solutions to my questions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal was not free like advertised I checked that i didn't want to pay any additional money to upgrade. It only said I would pay to file my state taxes. Which I was fine with. Then only after my cc info was entered and charged. It showed the receipt with a charge for federal taxes.

Could use a chat box when I can't figure out where I made a mistake/ checked a wrong box and can't figure out why the program shows an error (took me a long time to go back through the the topics and discover where I made the error. The program was asking me to fill/complete a form 8812 when I had no dependents

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! It was longer this year than previously, but that is probably California's fault. I had to use live help once because the display was hard to understand, but the person I talked to was easily able to explain it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found myself using it again It's getting better and better each year. This year i did have some issues with the HSA?HDHP part, where things got confusing. I believe this comes from Health insurance no longer being required.
