Rated 1 out of 5 by from Form 1095 There is an error where TurboTax prompted me for 1095-a. That's when you have ACA insurance. I couldn’t figure out how to get rid of the form, so I entered $1 in premiums.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple & Straightfoward! I love using TurboTax. It helps explain each step of the way so that I can trust the process. I have used it 4 years in a row and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and straightforward way to file their taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WATCH OUT FOR THE HIDDEN UPSELLING I liked using turbotax until it continued to try to upsell me the premier services, which I declined multiple times throughout the preparation process, and then at the end when its time to file and pay somehow premier services is added. And funny how it's so hard to remove Premier Services once it's added! They sneak it in by burying it in text, and using button colors that make it easy to not notice what you are clicking on. I said I don't want premiere services multiple times, but they still snuck it in (because they know the user is tired and fatigued from reading so much useless text), and then made it difficult to go back and remove it. I don't trust this business ethic and won't be using turbotax again. Also I don't trust the terms/conditions agreement in order to submit a review - "You agree Intuit may use an actor, a model or other person or image, static, filmed or animated, to portray or simulate you and your Image, in any advertising, marketing, promotion, sales or publicity materials which utilize the Content."
