Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite Happy overall I have not done my own taxes for +20 years. This takes some study and patience, and you really need to have all your documents lined-up. I am quite pleased with the way the program is laid-out, the assists available, and being able to save and return. I'll use this next year!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Delux tax fees I do not like that because I have a HSA i was forced to upgrade for forty dollars. That would have been acceptable if I didn't have to pay two extra fees for reviewing my state tax and for having the money taken out of my refund. That is a ridiculous convenience fee. If the convenience was maybe five or six dollars that would be much more acceptable. I did every single thing on my own. If I didn't have the HSA my refund revuew would have been free, and I definitely should not have had to pay anything for my state tax when it had to be reviewed FREE on the basic version for the exact same way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been Happy for Years with Turbo Tax!! Easy to understand with step by step guidance. If needed you can add on chat or talk with actual people to discuss concerns but my simple return is straight forward and Turbo Tax makes it a snap to do. Thanks Turbo Tax!!
