Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is truly wonderful I've always used Turbo Tax after a name brand tax business ruined my taxes! I'm not number savy and they help that. Four days...four days I sat and agonized over the new taxes and relief packages and add a retirement to the mix....I was frazzled. Just before I bought a keg of Bourbon (I don't even drink), I called a lovely woman who saved me the cost of the Bourbon. She was funny and helpful. I also used a woman in the "Chat" department who was quite efficient and helpful. They walk you through what you don't know and if they can't answer your questions, you call the Chat Live line and, zip, boom, bonjour---DONE. Thank you.
