Automatically puts you to the high (Premium) program without first offering a choice for Free and Basic if you previously used it. If you want to downgrade, you have to clear and start over. When you're ready to file your return, it doesn't include the underpayment penalty, so you either pay by check or be ready to pay fees on the penalty to IRS.
