Rated 5 out of 5 by from En Luv.... Even for the Not so Simple Taxes Since picking up side jobs in addition to my Regular job things got a little complicated with finances, and life in general. Turbo Tax helped with not only making Filing easy, but helped me decide if claiming some items were worth the time. Turbo Tax also saved me a bundle. Since filing with a CPA would have costs me hundreds of dollars more. Plus was able to have coffee in my Pajamas while at home. Thanks for making Filing affordable and less unassured.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is fair Not only was the system extremely slow and I had to exit out and relog back in, but when i get to the end they charged me 39$ more than I had been accepted in the beginning just for them to take the payment out of my return instead of using my card. In order to change it, I would have to go back to the beginning and redo the last hour and a half that I have put into filing with them. Not happy with Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Truth! I temporarily relocated to another state and wasn't sure who to trust to prepare my tax forms. I saw the Turbo Tax commercials/ads and just thought it was fluff. Then it got to the knitty gritty and time was running out. I saw a commercial again and decided to give Turbo Tax a try! I started the process and was thoroughly impressed. The process went step by step, as if I was in a consultation with a Tax preparer sitting across from me. They left no stones unturned. The process was very professional and an ease! I was satisfied last year with the outcome and used them again this year!
