The tool is somewhat easy to use, but I think they have managed to make things more complicated over time in order to confuse people. Not a great explanation for why I needed to pay 100s of dollars worth of fees and that typically should be well-documented and explained. Might switch to someone else going forward

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Horrible Experience The forms didn't import correctly. They terms used in the software are different than used on tax forms. The software kept cycling without telling me what the issue was. It remembered nothing from last year. Sick of the constant upselling. Apparently "Race Mode" is 90 min over the course of two days and multiple times walking away to calm down
