Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenient Tax Filing Turbo Tax e-filing is convenient in many ways but also needs easier ways to navigate unique filing situations. For example, I have a W-2 full-time position and also am a small business owner. It took way too long to discover that I could delete forms that did not apply to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good Only bad thing is the site and app both log you out whenever you need to switch tabs to look at a download or another site; so if you don't have hard copies in front of you it is best to write down all the information you need to look up to avoid frustration.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is still a work in progress Although the product has improved over the years, I look forward to doing my taxes one day without ANY snags or holdups. The American tax code is inarguably overly complicated and confusing, so I give Intuit that, but Turbo Tax's directions and explanations, like the code itself, can be incomplete or confusing. Intuit also needs to make it easier and more, well, intuitive for you to change your original order at any time during the process.
