Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good for a free service It took time and I spoke to 2 experts. The first one was very nice but had no way to answer my question -- it wasn't available to her. The second helped quite a bit by suggesting small tweaks to get around Turbo Tax's own little problems - not really tax advice, just software advice when TT suddenly decided I'd been a railroad employee and coded my IRA withdrawals that way! I do like the PDF presentation at the end very much with a useful summary on the first page and the payment process was good -- I could plan one way to pay Fed and another to pay State. The TT help called me back very fast when I asked for that service and were able to screen share to help me see what they meant.
