I went through 2 support personnel, one of whom our connection suddenly ended, the other was clueless and told me to talk the entity that was causing the hold up. It turns out it was something simple within turbo tax that I had to find MYSELF after wasting 2 hours on the phone. I hate that i have to shell out money to turbo tax.
